This notice applies to the Battle of the Ages interest form at comp.bentongym.com.
What you share
When you register interest, Benton Gym collects your name, email address, mobile number and optional age bracket. We also record when you register, the source of your registration and the event communication permission you give.
Why we collect it
Ben and Lizzy can use these details to respond to your interest and send Battle of the Ages information and entry reminders by email and SMS. We may match your registration to an existing Benton contact record to avoid duplicates.
Registering interest does not reserve an athlete place or complete a ticket purchase. Competition Corner handles athlete entry and payment on its own website, under the terms and privacy information shown there. This form does not collect payment card information.
Where your details go
Your registration is stored in Benton’s customer relationship management system, provided through Kaizen Collective and HighLevel. Authorised Benton staff and service providers can access the information needed to manage enquiries and event communications. The website is hosted on DigitalOcean.
Technical information such as your internet address is processed to serve and protect the website. This page does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in a message, reply STOP to an SMS, or contact Benton directly. Existing unsubscribe settings remain in place when you submit this form.
